Gala in the Garden at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden (Feb 6)
The Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden in Miami will host its largest annual fundraiser Gala in the Garden on Saturday, February 6, 2016 from 6:30pm to 11:30pm, to benefit Fairchild's programs in conservation science, education, and horticulture.
Renowned for its exquisite settings and decorum within the Lakeside Marquee venue, the black-tie event will follow the theme of the theme "Starry, Starry Night" and feature a cocktail reception, as well as romantic dancing under the Miami skies for local celebrities and donators.
Considered as one of "the most beautiful, fun and exciting event of the social season," the Gala in the Garden will be co-chaired this year by philanthropists Swanee DiMare and Frances Sevilla-Sacasa who will present a silent Auction with countless luxury items on sale to benefit Fairchild's year-long educational activities.
The Fairchild Gala being a high-end fundraising event, individual tickets start at $750, tables for ten being available for reservations starting at $7,500.
