One of the most anticipated annual events in Miami, the Coconut Grove Arts Festival is back for its 53th Edition on Presidents Day Weekend, from Saturday, February 13 thru Monday 15, 2016 with awesome artists, top music bands and some of the best local chefs that will delight the crowds for three straight days in the great outdoors of Peacock Park.

360 eclectic artists in Peacock Park

Art will be everywhere and can take any form at the festival with no less than 360 recognized artists from all over the country - including 45 of last year’s award winners - are expected to showcase their masterpiece and create new ones live, which visitors and collectors can just admire or even buy.

The 13 main categories of arts represented this year are: 2D Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Digital Art, Printmaking & Drawing, Watercolor, Claywork, Glass, Fiber, Jewelry & Metalwork, 3D Mixed Media, Sculpture and Wood.

Make sure not to miss St. Stephen's Art Show, featuring over 150 artists, a plyaground for kids and an international food court.

12 bands from all horizons on the music stage

On the musical side, the 2016' Coconut Grove Arts Festival will welcome 12 bands of all styles - four on each day - on the main stage in Peacock Park, including the wolrd-class Jazz quartet Nth Power with their latest album Abundance, as well as The London Souls and their NYC-style pop rock, and the local favorite and Latin Grammy nominee Locus Por Juana.

Presented by the Miami New Times, the lineup will be completed by a selection of top local bands including Juke, The Deaf Poets, SunGhosts, and Raquel Sofia to name just a few.

12 top local chefs will cater to gourmets and festival-goers 

A great festival would not be complete without great food, and in this area the CGAF is putting on a big spread this year to satisfy even the most demanding taste buds. 

The crowd's favorite Culinary Pavilion is returning this year with no less than 12 world-renowned chefs from the best local venues to showcase their acclaimed cuisine from the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, the Sonesta Coconut Grove Miami, the Glass & Vine as well as the Miami Culinary Institute.

Poduced by the Coconut Grove Art and Historical Association and presented by Terra, The Coconut Grove Arts Festival will be open everyday from 10am to 6pm, and will be accessible for a $15 entrance fee (FREE admission for children 12 and under).
